The Best thing about contacts is that they give you more natural vision than glasses. They move with your eye, and nothing blocks what you see. They don't fog up or get wet when it's cold or rainy. Many soft lenses are disposable, so you can throw them away after using them for a short time. Having a fresh pair of soft contacts means less chance of infection, less cleaning, and more comfort. They make it possible to show off eye make-up and lash extensions (if you are a show off lover than what you are waiting for).

Cons

If you have severe astigmatism, your vision might get a little blurry when the lenses rotate. Toric contact lenses, nothing but a type just for astigmatism, are crafted to move around according to eye pupils, but unfortunately, they’re more expensive (yeah, more than eyeglasses). Prescription eyeglasses can be mildly pricey, especially when you are looking for premium features such as attractive frames and progressive lenses, but guess what, the contact lenses can be just as expensive as well. Branded contact lenses typically sometimes cost more than prescribed glasses, including an ongoing monthly financial commitment. Moreover, these are known to cause the wearer to experience dryness, redness and irritation. Contact lenses can cause more possibilities of eye infections than eyeglasses.
